Diet Salad



Salad are one of the healthiest and easy recipe to make anytime & anywhere. They are cool, crunchy, and fun to eat (lots of textures, colors, and flavors) &also provide us with necessary nutrition our body requires without adding any fats.


For Salads


cherry tomatoes chopped

Mixed greens (Spinach, arugula,Romaine)

Paneer /Tofu pieces

corn


For vinaigrette

  • 1 tsp. minced shallots

  • 1/2 tsp. minced herbs

  • Juice of one large lemon

  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard/Honey mustard(Honey mustard gives a little sweet taste)

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

  • Pinch of Red pepper

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Method


To assemble the salad, get out a large bowl, add in the Greens, tomatoes, corn, paneer and whichever other ingredients you choose. Combine ingredients for vinaigrette in separate jar and mix it. After preparing the vinaigrette drizzle over the salad. You can store your Vinaigrette for later .
