Easy Soybean Curry
Soybean is one of the healthy food known and for vegetarian it is one of the richest source of protein. I have simple soybean and peas curry is which is delicious and healthy too.
Ingredients (For 2 servings)
1 Large onion chopped
1 Medium tomatoes chopped
1-2 green chili chopped
1-2 cloves of garlic minced
1/4 cup chopped ginger
1 tablespoon cumin
1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds(optional)
1/4 tablespoon nutmeg
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon turmeric
1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
1/4 tablespoon dry mango powder
salt to taste
Nutrela soybean chunks soaked in warm water and drained
Method
Soak soybean chunks in hot water and drained, put the chunks in paper towel to remove excess moisture.
To make curry take the mixture on onion, tomatoes, chili,ginger and garlic and put it in the food processor.
