Morning healthy vegetable Juice


A healthy vegetable juice in the morning with all the nutrients is something I love to drink everyday. you can ask nothing more if you have this healthy juice packed with all the nutrients required to energize you in the morning.

This vegetable juice is not only healthy but tasty too . I know most of you will be wondering what about all the fiber part which will be left after extracting the juice. I have the other tasty treat in my next blog for that too :). we can use it to make salty indian patties(tikki) by using proper seasoning and gram flour/cornflour.


Ingredients for juice: (the amount of ingredients can be varied according to taste)


2-3 celery stalks chopped

1 cucumber chopped

1 apple chopped without peeling

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

1/2 cup chopped parsley

1/2 cup spinach

1 lemon juice

Black salt to taste


Method


put everything in the food processor . Use fine sieve to filter your juice and you are ready to go
