Almond & chocolate chip cookie


Another simple recipe of healthy cookie made with almonds & dates. This recipe is simple and can be a easy 15 minute treats

INGREDIENTS


1½ cup raw almonds

15 fresh medjool dates

2-3 dried apricots (optional)

½ tsp pure vanilla extract

¼ tsp sea salt

½ cup chocolate chips


Method

  1. Place the almonds in a food processor and mix until broken down.

  2. Add the dates, apricots, vanilla and salt and mix until it forms a dough.

  3. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.

  4. Roll the dough and make cookie of equal sizes . Place in the freezer for 20 minutes to set.

  5. Cookie is now ready to serve
